North Kensington
Roof Terrace

Making reference to the brutalism of the backdrop of Trellic Tower, two square decking slabs float over each other in turn floating over a slab of sedum ground cover. A wet bar of concrete and Corten steel provides a BBQ sink and fridge, whilst elsewhere bespoke Corten elements provide tables, screens, firepits and even candles. The whole ensemble is softened, and is given intimacy and enclosure, by densely planted shrubs and young trees.
